RETURNS:

RETURNS INSIDE THE U.S:
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days upon receipt of the order by sending an email to our customer service info@silviacobos.com.
  • Items must be unworn: no odors, no stains, no damages.
  • A return label will be sent by email. Please bring the package to your closest UPS/USPS.
  • Once the items are received at our warehouse, it takes up to 1 week for quality control check.
  • Once approved, we will ship the exchange to the address on file or process a refund depending on the case*
