Returns by Mail

SILVIA COBOS will gladly authorize returns of Merchandise in perfect shape (no odors, no stains, no signs of use) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please, contact us at info@silviacobos.com for customer service. There you can request to return the merchandise and a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.

You may drop the package at any UPS/USPS location. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it takes up to 1 week to make the refund.
 

EXCHANGES

SILVIA COBOS makes exchanges with the following conditions:

  • The request for exchanges must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered to our customer service email: info@silviacobos.com
  • The items must be unworn: no odors, no stains, no damages.
  • A return label shall be sent to your email account and you must take the items to your closest UPS/USPS.
  • Once the items are received at our warehouse, it takes up to 1 week to make the quality control check.
  • Once approved, we send the new item to the former order’s address**



**In some cases, shipping shall be charged.
