SHIPPING & RETURN
Products in stock will be sent after the payment is verified within the next 24 hours.
SHIPPING:
- For Standard Shipping in the US: 3-5 delivery days.
- For International Shipping: 5-7 delivery days.
RETURNS:
RETURNS INSIDE THE U.S:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days upon receipt of the order by sending an email to our customer service info@silviacobos.com.
- Items must be unworn: no odors, no stains, no damages.
- A return label will be sent by email for no-sale items. Please bring the package to your closest UPS/USPS.

- Once the items are received at our warehouse, it takes up to 1 week for a quality control check.
- Once approved, we will ship the exchange to the address on file or process a refund depending on the case*
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Outside the U.S):
- Returns must be requested within 15 days upon receipt of the order by sending an email to our customer service info@silviacobos.com.
- Items must be unworn: no odors, no stains, no damages.
- A return label will be sent by email. Please bring the package to your closest DHL (or former carrier).
- Once the items are received at our warehouse, it takes up to 1 week for quality control check.
- Once approved, we will ship the exchange to the address on file or process a refund depending on the case*
