We want you to love your Silvia Cobos purchase! If something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return policies: 

  • Request a return: Simply reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to our customer service team at [info@silviacobos.com] within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to return non-sale items:

  • Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and free of odors, stains, or damages.
  • Return shipping: We will provide you with a free return shipping label via email.
  • Drop off your package: Print the label, attach it to your securely packaged return, and drop it off at your nearest  USPS location.

How to return SALE items:

  • Sale items are not refundable. 
    • Return labels will not be provided for sale items.  
    • For an exchange or store credit, please return your item directly to our store:

    Damages and issues:


    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us in a maximum of 1-3 business days at info@silviacobos.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, Provide us a couple of pictures showing the issue so that we can evaluate the item and make it right. 


    International returns (Outside the U.S):

    • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the order by emailing our customer service info@silviacobos.com.
    • Items must be unworn, and free of odors, stains, or damages.
    • Return labels will not be provided for international orders. Please return your item to: Casa Cobos
